The FINESST grant, which replaced the old NASA Graduate Fellowship, was written by Anisha and will support her work on "Assessing the extent and carbon sequestration potential of massive afforestation projects in semi-arid open natural ecosystems." She is current doing field work to investigate tree planting in carbon in the savannas and grasslands in India. Congratulations Anisha!! Your lab is very proud of you.
